Here's where Wendy really shines: the time between signing the agreement and closing. Wendy worked tirelessly in ensuring that the escrow company had everything in order and our loan officer was on top of everything. Wendy was absolutely key into making this process as smooth and effortless as possible. Here's where Wendy went above and beyond: after closing, we discovered a few structural issues with our new home (as in, none of our living room furniture fit up the stairs). We mentioned it to Wendy, and even though the deal was completed, and she had already earned her commission, Wendy went down to the city to research the city building requirements, took measurements, wrote a demand letter to our builder, and got us some money back for our troubles! I have never heard of a realtor doing this post-closing. Wendy, you are No. 1 in our book, and I will highly recommend you to anyone!
